Educational Assistance Program

UDOT offers an educational assistance program that provides financial reimbursement to employees upon completion of approved university or college degree programs, certificate programs, or training programs. Reimbursement is available for course fees, lab fees, and e-books directly related to coursework. Other fees, such as late fees, parking fees, student fees, printed books, room, and board are not eligible.

State employees may be eligible for reimbursement of education-related costs up to $5250 per calendar year if the coursework benefits UDOT. (See State Finance Policy)
