If you haven’t had a chance to take the UDOT Employee Satisfaction Survey, we just bought you more time! The survey deadline has now been extended to May 6th at 5:00 pm. 

We want to hear from everyone. Gallup’s average response rate for employee engagement surveys is 80%. So far, 61% of employees have taken the survey, so there’s work to be done! Supervisors, please grant time and access to your employees to take this survey during work hours.

A few reminders:

• The email is not spam – We collect responses through a third party to protect your privacy, so that’s why the email is coming to you from Gallup. If you already deleted the email, don’t worry. Scan the QR code below and enter your employee email to access the survey.

• We made the survey shorter. We don’t want the amount of time it takes to get in the way of taking it, so we cut more than 10 questions from previous years.

• Your feedback leads to change. What you tell us doesn’t go into a black hole. We have taken actions to make UDOT an even better place because of what we’ve heard from you in previous surveys.
