Last Week to Complete Vantage Foundation Training (Due Feb. 20)

Remember to complete your Vantage Foundation training by Thursday, Feb. 20. This training has been assigned to all state employees and is an important step in preparing for the new Vantage Payroll and HR system.

As of last Friday, 57% of UDOT employees have completed the employee course, and 60% of managers have completed the manager version. Thank you to everyone who has already finished. If you haven’t completed the training yet, now’s the time!

More Vantage training information will be released later this month. Completing the foundation course now will make upcoming training easier to follow and help ensure a smoother transition. And just a reminder — Vantage Payroll goes live on March 18, 2026. Finishing your foundation training by Feb. 20 will help you feel confident and ready when the system launches.
