Why do we do it? UDOT has assembled this report annually since 1997 when the legislature gave UDOT its biggest budget – by far – in the department’s history up to that point. While the report was originally an accountability requirement, we have continued to produce the report every year as a way to show how your great work stretches the value of every penny we invest.
