Reminder: Quarterly Performance Review Due Jan. 31 

The next quarterly performance review is due Jan. 31, 2025. Similar to previous performance reviews, we will use the Supervisor Dashboard and Employee Dashboard this quarter to record the performance ratings and employee confirmation. Any changes, adjustments or edits to the goals should be made in Vantage. Please make sure that you have scheduled performance review conversations to complete reviews for your employees by the end of the month.

Resources to help with the quarterly performance conversation include the Discussion Tool, a spreadsheet set up to reflect the performance policy goals and process, and a PDF example of the Google Form used to record the feedback conversation.
