Vantage Payroll Go-Live Date Announced

Exciting news! The state’s new Payroll and Human Resources system, Vantage, will officially go live on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. This new system will consolidate Payroll, HR, and related tools into a modern, streamlined platform.

Once Vantage is live, all employees who currently use ESS for time entry will begin entering time into the new system. UDOT employees who use the ATOM system for time entry will use Vantage in place of ESS to retrieve pay statements, print W-2's, etc. Don’t forget to check your first paycheck on Friday, March 27, to make sure everything looks correct. (Minor rounding differences up to $1.00 may occur.)
