Performance award amounts for FY 2026 have been finalized. As a reminder, these are one-time lump-sum payments. 

Bonus Amounts

• Highly Successful: $1,600

• Successful: $1,000

Anticipated Payment Date: July 31 check (PP14)

Note: We are on track for the July 31 pay period, but as always with payroll timelines, we will keep you updated if things change.

While these figures might look a little unusual at first glance, they were chosen with a specific strategy in mind. Our goal is to share the maximum amount of money possible among those eligible for performance awards. The amounts were chosen based on the number of award recipients, the total amount of pay-for-performance funding that we received from the legislature, and an effort to create a meaningful differentiation between the two performance tiers.
