Call for Session Proposals
Conference sessions are the backbone of our event—and we want to hear from you! If you have a topic, case study, or project worth sharing, submit a Session Proposal by June 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. To ensure a smooth review process, your proposal must include:

• Session title

• Session description

• UDOT liaison

• Primary presenter’s headshot and bio
