Vantage Is Here!

Today’s the day that Vantage payroll is Live! March 18th marks our official transition to the Vantage payroll system.

To help you navigate Vantage, keep these resources handy:

• Vantage Login: Access Vantage at vantage.utah.gov for full functionality (must be on the state network or GlobalProtect VPN; bookmark this page)

  • • You can use vantage.access.utah.gov to access Vantage for the Employee and Manager roles only, when not on the state network or VPN (bookmark this page if you’ll be using it)

• Quick Reference Guides: These short, one-to two-page guides cover key tasks for both employees and managers. While not all content is UDOT-specific, they’re a helpful starting point.

• Tips and Tricks: Check out the Timesheet Tips and Tricks resource to help you navigate the system more efficiently, and use the Pay Statement Comparison Sheet for a quick reference.

• Need a Refresher? Access your custom UDOT training module in the learning portal anytime to review specific workflows. You can also reference the Training Resources for Vantage Payroll document for additional guidance.

If you encounter any issues while using the system:

2. Payroll Questions: Reach out to your supervisor or contact the Payroll Department as you have in the past.
