During this year’s legislative session, the Utah House passed HB 384 which, among other small procedural items, changes the titles of certain gubernatorial appointees to "commissioner.” As of May 6, the job title for Carlos has officially changed from “Executive Director” to “Commissioner.” This title change doesn’t alter any of his responsibilities or how UDOT operate as a department. 

Due to this change, please begin using the newly updated letterheads immediately. These are master templates, so you will need to make a copy before you are able to use them. Instructions for how to do this can be found in the Google Drive link.
