As part of National Crash Responders Safety Week, the Utah Department of Transportation is spotlighting the vital work of Southern Utah’s Incident Management Team. While patrolling and responding to crashes and travelers having issues on the side of the road, IMT specialists Mason Packwood and Todd Abbott serve as roadside rescue and unofficial State of Utah ambassadors, as they help countless folks who are both local and visiting the state for the first time.
